  • Payment Details: Payment method and transaction information. Note: We do not store full payment card details.

  • Technical Data: IP address and browser type if you use our website.

  • CCTV/Security: We may collect footage if CCTV is used for security purposes at our premises.

  • Booking enquiries and forms (direct or via third-party agents like Airbnb.

  • Email, phone, or written correspondence.

  • Website cookies. 

3. How We Use Your Information (Lawful Basis)

We process your personal data based on the following grounds:

  • Contractual Obligation: To process your booking, take payments, and provide the services you requested.

  • Legitimate Interests: To improve our services, send relevant information about your stay, or maintain security (e.g., CCTV).

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with legal requirements, such as tax regulations (storing booking data for 6 years).

  • Service Providers: Cleaners, maintenance personnel, or booking platforms to facilitate your stay.
